I’m Keyshuna Cole—Army veteran, wife, mom of three, craft enthusiast, author, speaker and your go-to strategist when the mission is clarity, momentum, and execution.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve supported high-performing professionals through administrative, executive, project, and operation leadership roles. My background includes:

• 10+ years in administrative support

• 10+ years in operations support and management

• 8 years in project coordination and management

• 5 years in executive-level support

• PMI PMP Candidate (Exam scheduled for May 2025)

• Completing my Bachelor's in Business, graduating June 2025

But my journey didn’t start in a boardroom, it started in the barracks.

Back in 2012, while serving in the military, I found myself helping fellow soldiers with their businesses after hours; handling admin tasks, organizing ideas, and offering structure to their chaos. That experience lit a fire in me! It revealed a gift: I could see the bigger picture when others couldn’t. I had a knack for turning ideas into actionable plans.

That’s when I transitioned from virtual assistant to Online Business Manager, and eventually into consulting and strategy. Supporting women who are vision-driven but overwhelmed is what I do best. I help them find clarity, stay the course, and accomplish what they were called to do.

Sometimes the greatness in us is blocked by uncertainty of direction and purpose, and that’s where I come in.
